Determining the value of a bank or business is a key part of the decision-making process in a wide variety of areas including capital raising, strategic planning, and exit strategies.
Our team frequently prepares valuations and this service is one of the company’s core strengths. Many of these valuations are done at year-end to benchmark performance while others are used to value the strike price for issuing options, or value outstanding warrants.
