Ambassador Financial Group, LLC was founded in 2025 by a talented group of senior executives with extensive experience and track records across the financial services industry.  This is the second iteration of Ambassador, or as we like to call it, Ambassador 2.0. In 2006, the original Ambassador Financial Group, Inc. was founded and received industry-wide recognition as a premium financial services firm specializing in investment banking, capital raising, fixed-income advisory and execution, and balance sheet management.

In 2019, Ambassador Financial Group Inc. was acquired by PNC Capital Markets and rebranded to PNC FIG Advisory. For almost six years, the Ambassador Team expanded PNC’s FIG presence providing a wide range of advisory services to banks and insurance companies. In 2025, key members of the PNC FIG Advisory Team united with former colleagues to build a client-centric advisory firm focused on depositories, insurance companies, and other financial institutions. Through this process, Ambassador Financial Group, LLC was formed.
